Return Policy
We want you and your cat to love Desk Nest. However, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
- Please note that returns are only accepted for unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as the original shipping cost if the order was sent via free shipping.
- Return address will be provided by our Customer Service Team during the return process.
- Products & packaging must be returned in like-new or unused condition.
- Items marked final sale, refurbished or “open box” products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Desk Nest branded products purchased through other retailers must be returned directly to them in accordance with their respective returns & refunds policy.
- We do not accept returns of in-store purchases online.
All returns are subject to validation & approval at Desk Nest’s discretion. If there is a discrepancy between the return policy & procedures printed on the original packing slip & the information provided above, the information provided above governs the return of your www.DeskNest.com purchase.
How do I initiate a return?
If you purchased from DeskNest.com within the USA, initiate your return by messaging us here.
To initiate the return, please provide the following information:
- Order number, located on your confirmation email
- Email and/or first and last name associated with your purchase
- Device model, if applicable
- Reason you'd like to return your product(s)
The returns process after initiation:
After your request has been authorized, you will receive your return authorization document & return shipping label. All returns must include the return authorization document inside the return package. We do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for the return. We recommend that you hold onto your tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
Once the return is marked as delivered, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Additional delays may occur during peak operations. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
After we issue the refund, please allow up to 10 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment. Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the item(s) only. Only authorized returns will be processed.
Please Note: Desk Nest products purchased at an authorized retailer must be returned to the original point of sale.
How are refunds credited?
If the product is returned in accordance with this Return Policy, Desk Nest will credit your original form of payment you used to make the original purchase and any applicable taxes (excluding shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified).
Refunds are subject to a 3.8% processing fee because credit card processors do not return the fees they charge us, even when a refund is issued.
What if my product arrived incorrect or damaged?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our Customer Experience Team here with your order number and description of the incorrect or damaged order. Be sure to take phots of the damage and save all packaging.
